How the Color Logic Works

palette 1. Dual Hue Interpolation

Previously, we just took one color and shifted it slightly. Now, we define two anchor points:

  • Hue_Start = Random(0, 360) // Outer Hex
  • Hue_End = Random(0, 360) // Inner Hex

The code then linearly interpolates the hue for every layer between these two points. This allows for dramatic shifts, like Red transitioning to Blue, or Green to Purple.

waves 2. The Lightness "Wave"

To achieve the "Dark-Light-Dark" look, lightness is independent of the hue. We map the layer index to a Sine wave.
